Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor adventure gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy.
Return Policy Details
- Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Drink- & thermosflessen (Drinkware & thermoses)
- Eet- & drinkgerei (Eating & drinking utensils)
- Hoofdkussens (Pillows)
- Any used items or items not in original condition
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and return details
- Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation plus a copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- For exchanges within the Netherlands, we offer discounted return shipping for €6.95
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refund Information
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a camping refrigerator or tent with flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
