Whether you’ve ordered a new camping tent, electric cooler box, or camping furniture, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Period
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items are final sale (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Drink- & thermosflessen (Drinkware & thermoses)
- Eet- & drinkgerei (Eating & drinking utensils)
- Hoofdkussens (Pillows)
- Any items that have been used or are not in original condition
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for return authorization – We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at: Campingreeksen Winkel

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a camping refrigerator or tent with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For exchanges within the Netherlands, we offer a discounted return shipping label for €6.95.
